Subscription & 20-Match Trial
Understand the GotNext organization subscription, the 20-match Discord trial, and existing Elo Bot subscriptions.
GotNext uses one organization subscription for the complete competition service. The plan includes:
- Unlimited hosted tournaments
- Unlimited ladders
- Unlimited Discord Elo matches
- Organization XP and levels
- Organization-wide achievements
The organization is the billing and ownership boundary. Its connected Discord server, staff, competitions, progression, and subscription stay together.
20-match Discord trial
Each newly connected Discord server receives Premium ranked queue features for its first 20 completed Elo matches. The trial has no calendar deadline, does not require a card, and does not automatically charge the owner.
The 20th match completes with its normal rating updates, generated cards, enabled bonuses, and post-match processing. The organization billing page shows the current entitlement and available subscription actions.
Subscribe for the complete platform
Subscribe from the organization's Billing page. The same plan unlocks unlimited tournaments, ladders, and Discord Elo matches, so there is no separate bot add-on to purchase for a new organization.
Paying does not enable every optional queue behavior. Maps, bonuses, screenshots, voice rooms, queue boards, challenges, seasons, automatic moving, and other queue settings remain configurable. This lets each community keep its competition flow as simple as it needs.
Existing paid Elo Bot subscriptions
An existing active paid Elo Bot subscription continues to work. It also unlocks the connected organization's GotNext plan while that subscription remains active. Existing queues, players, ratings, match history, and settings are preserved.
The existing subscription owner continues to control its Stripe billing. Organization staff access does not expose another person's Stripe portal. Contact GotNext support if subscription ownership needs to be transferred.
Cancellation and billing controls
The organization billing owner can open the Stripe portal, review the subscription, or cancel it. A scheduled cancellation remains active through the end of the paid period. GotNext preserves competition records and settings when paid access ends; billing status controls which paid actions remain available.
